This page explains what Evecon Raju OÜ (Lossi tn 3, Kuressaare, 93819 Saare maakond, Estonia, info@mmaraju.com) does with your data when you use this website.
Cookies and consent
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Nothing optional loads before you decide, and you can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Necessary:
raju_consent(browser storage and a cookie with the same content) remembers your choice for one year. - Statistics (optional): Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages are visited and how the site is used. See Google's privacy policy.
- Advertising (optional): Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook, Instagram) pixel measure whether our ads for Evecon RAJU events lead to ticket sales and can show you personalised ads. See Meta's privacy policy.
- External content (optional): see below.
We also count visits with Rybbit, our own analytics server (analyticsweb.eu, hosted by us in the EU): no cookies, no identifiers are stored, so it runs without a choice and cannot recognise you across days.
Google Tag Manager runs in Consent Mode. Until you allow statistics or advertising, it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers; it only counts anonymous, cookieless pings. The Meta pixel loads only with the advertising choice.
External content
Some content comes from third parties. It loads only after you allow "External content" in the banner. Until then, videos and the ticket checkout open on the provider's own site instead.
- Fienta (fienta.com): ticket sales. With your permission the checkout opens as an overlay on this site. Fienta processes the order and the payment under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com): video players. Google's privacy policy applies once a player loads.
- Videolevels (videolevels.com): the live stream player on the Watch Live page. Videolevels processes the stream pass under its own terms, see the Terms link on that page.
- Instagram and Facebook posts shown on this site are copies served from our own server. Opening one takes you to the post on Instagram or Facebook.
Tickets
Buying a ticket or a stream pass happens on Fienta. As the event organiser we receive from Fienta the buyer details needed to run the event (name, e-mail address, ticket type) and, for the live stream, the ticket code that unlocks the stream on this site. We do not sell or hand this data to anyone else.
Server logs
Our web server records each request (IP address, time, page, browser identifier) for security and error diagnosis. Logs are rotated daily and deleted after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, take it with you, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@mmaraju.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
Changes
We update this page when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
