Terms
We are Evecon Raju OÜ, the organiser of Evecon RAJU fight events. These terms cover tickets to our events, passes to our live stream and the use of this website. By buying a ticket or a stream pass you accept these terms together with the purchase terms of our ticket seller Fienta. The Website section applies to everyone who uses the site.
Tickets
Tickets and stream passes are sold through Fienta (fienta.com). The purchase, the payment, the delivery of the ticket and any refund are handled by Fienta under its terms of service for the ticket buyer: fienta.com/terms. A ticket is personal and gives one-time entry, unless the tier says otherwise: a grandstand ticket is valid for one entry, a Cage-side Seat ticket and a VIP pass include re-entry to the event. A child ticket is valid for children up to and including 12 years of age. When entering with a child ticket, a valid identification document must be presented so that the child's age can be verified.
Refunds and changes
Tickets are not bought back or refunded when the buyer changes their mind. If an event is cancelled, ticket money is refunded through Fienta. If an event is postponed, ticket buyers are contacted and given further instructions.
Live stream and replay
The stream pass is sold through Fienta and redeemed on this site with the code from the order. It allows viewing on one device. The event can be watched as a replay for seven days after it takes place. If the stream fails technically, the price of the stream pass is refunded through Fienta. The stream itself is delivered by Videolevels OÜ, whose user agreement is at /stream-terms/ and applies to the player and the viewing. Where that agreement differs from these terms on the seller, the viewing period or refunds, these terms and Fienta's terms apply.
Filming and photography
The event is filmed and photographed. Visitors may appear in the live stream and in photo and video material, which is used in Evecon RAJU marketing.
Website
The content of this site can change. Fight cards, fighter data and results are published as we have them and may be updated. We do not promise that the site is available without interruption. Some links lead to third-party sites (ticketing, stream, social media), which have their own terms and are outside our control.
Third-party services
Evecon RAJU is not responsible for services run by others: ticket sales and payments (Fienta), the delivery of the stream (Videolevels), the FenixBet prediction game and any betting, bonuses or offers shown with it (FenixBet), and the video platforms and social networks we link to or embed. Each of them runs under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and questions about payments, accounts, winnings or content go to that provider.

Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies to these terms.
